Billing and Shipping Address

Please provide valid Billing & Shipping address in order to orders processed properly. Please note that all information submitted through www.modernvice.com is secure, and protected. MODERNVICE does not share personal information at any time.
Returns

Returns are only acceptable of unused,unworn, undamaged items. We do not accept returns of anything that is missing labels, care tags, damaged boxes.

If an item has a problem that may have persisted in the manufacturing process, we will take this into consideration and investigate the matter.
All of our products are inspected before shipping, lessening any chance of a manufacturing issue.
Exchanges will be processed only for item that is of equal value. If an item that you are looking to exchange for is of more value, resubmitting credit card information, and authorization will be required.

Viewing/Use of this Site

www.modernvice.com has been tested in Internet Explorers versions 7 through 9, FireFox, Safari, and Chrome, and does not have any known issues. If any problems persists, please email info@modernvice.com, so we can work to have the site function ideally for any browser.


PayPal

All non-confirmed PayPal purchases will be cancelled by modernvice.com. If you do not have a confirmed PayPal address, then please use the credit card purchase option instead.

ModernVice respects our customers’ account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside afflictions or individuals. Your information is secured and encrypted with the Secure Socket Layer Software.

Shipping / INTERNATIONAL

All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS Ground. The shipping rate to the contiguous 48 U.S. states is $8.00 (and $4 for each additional item). Please note that UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

Please allow 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for domestic delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

We are currently not shipping INTERNATIONALLY.

If a customer is international, they can contact us at info@modernvice.com, and can see the procedure involved for shipping to the destination.

All New York state residents will be charged 8.75% sales tax on their modernvice.com purchases.
